Ticked it, went back in game, came out again, used CF to untick but for some darn reason it's just not changing this time.Ĭome to think of it, when I started the new party, none of my previous data was there: previously created characters, save games etc. I opened CF & the cursed box is already unticked. When I killed Don & the Cane dropped, this time it was cursed. Now after about 2 years not touching the game (on the same system, no changes of hardware or OS, same installation etc) I'm having another run. I have played succesfully through the game multiple times like this. I have had v1.60 forever & use it only to alter one thing: make the Cane of Corpus non-cursed. I have exactly the same problem, but the thing is, it has worked previously.
